Delivery

Keith Dudgeon Cricket Specialist will make every attempt to pack & dispatch your order within 1 business day of your payment being processed.  However, your order may be delayed for the following reasons:

  • Cricket bats that are being prepared/Knocked in (Can take up to 5 days)
  • Stock availability (We will contact you ASAP with alternatives or arrival timeframe)
  • Store Closure (Du to public holiday)
  • Wrong details given on order
  • Postal/Courier Delays
  • Payment has not been accepted (Check for confirmation email)
  • Personal details may need to be confirmed for fraud prevention
  • Your order may be coming from different locations and could be under different delivery times.

Postage & Courier

Generally you would receive your order within 5 Working Days for Eastern States & 7-10 Working days for other regions of Australia.

  1. Post/Courier rate. Within Australia, All orders under $700 incur a $14 freight & packing charge, all orders over $700 freight free
    (Some exclusions apply, heavy and/or bulky items)
  2. International shipping; Shipping to New Zealand only. Orders incorporate an air mail charge which will be quoted upon receipt of order.

Click & Collect

Every attempt is made for Click & Collect orders to be processed and ready to be collected as soon as possible.  We will contact you by either or both methods of email & text message to confirm your order is ready to be collected instore at 64 Koorong St, The Gap.

Orders will be held for 30 days after being confirmed as ready for collection. If your order has not been collected by this time, it may be cancelled, and a refund processed.

Payment

Payment for orders accepted via, credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) direct deposit, PayPal or your are welcome to place orders via the phone.
